Billet M111 Intake Manifold Flange

This Billet Aluminium Mercedes M111 Intake flange is a must have for anyone building a performance turbo intake manifold. The flange itself is made from a single piece of billet aluminium and still retains the ability to use the standard Mercedes intake manifold O-ring seals. The sealing face has been machined perfectly flat as is very thick in order to prevent warping during fabrication, and the port design offers a smooth transition from the oval EVO head port to a 41mm ID Tube. The flanges fit perfectly to the Mercedes m111 cylinder head using the original fasteners and offer the best and easiest option on the market for building your own performance intake manifold. They will work with the standard fuel rail but we highly recommend pairing this flange with our custom billet return style fuel rails available on our store.
